City Center East

Located at the southeast corner, City Center East Village will include 149,000 sq ft of retail space; 188,000 sq ft of offices; 244 hotel rooms; 66 residential condominiums; and three parking garages. The development’s infrastructure has been completed and two multi-story, mixed-use buildings, with structured parking are currently under construction. In addition, final plans have been approved for a four-story, 119-room Marriott SpringHill Suites and an additional mixed-use building with structured parking.
