Golf Club of Kansas/Cottonwood Canyon

Due west of the City Center Neighborhood, the Golf Club of Kansas recently completed its signature semi-private 18-hole golf course. A future clubhouse is planned as part of the golf course. Development around the golf course is known as Cottonwood Canyon with grading and infrastructure improvements underway for a single-family residential component and future offices at the southwest corner of the development near Prairie Star Parkway and the future Ridgeview Road. Referred to as Cottonwood Canyon North, future offices are planned along 87th Street Parkway including a portion of the acreage zoned for City Center uses which could include additional office uses, retail uses and a possible hotel.
