Just recently submitted for review by the Planning Commission at their June 2, 2008 meeting, this proposed development contains six total buildings on 7.25 acres at the northeast corner of 87th and Renner Boulevard. These buildings range from one to seven stories and will contain 49,100 sq. ft. of retail space (which includes a proposed 12,900 sq. ft. CVS Pharmacy), 79,350 sq ft of office space, a 4-story, 100-room hotel as well as 369 structured parking spaces.
